A British court ruled bloggers have no special right to publish anonymously. The ruling came in the case of blogger Richard Horton, a police detective whose award-winning blog NightJack offered insights into crime and police work. Horton lost his bid for an injunction to prevent The Times of London from publishing his name and revealing his status as an active-duty police detective.
