Phil Ivey won his second bracelet at the 2009 World Series of Poker by capturing the $2,500 Omaha High Low/Seven-Card Stud High-Low split event over the weekend. Ivey now has seven career bracelets to his name, moving him into a sixth-place tie on the all-time WSOP bracelet list and just one behind fifth-place Erik Seidel. Congratulations!
